1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the gbk444 website, mobile interface, and all related services accessible at gbk444.vip.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and ancillary features made available through the Platform.
• "Funds" means any monetary balance held within a User's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive granted to a User by gbk444.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Access to and use of the gbk444 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gbk444 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Age verification may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any Funds held.
• Each person may register and maintain only one Account. If gbk444 identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same person, device, IP address, payment method, or household, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily requested account closure through gbk444's Responsible Gaming tools when attempting to re-register.

gbk444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been carried out by you. gbk444 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• You must notify gbk444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• gbk444 may suspend or lock an Account if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. Legitimate Funds will not be withheld during an investigation without cause.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the gbk444 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• gbk444 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank, subject to availability.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. gbk444 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts, shared wallets, or payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the transaction.
• gbk444 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges. gbk444 is not responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

gbk444 offers various promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account in accordance with the terms of the relevant promotion. Specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods apply to each bonus and will be stated at the time the offer is made.
• gbk444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has been claimed in good faith before cancellation, gbk444 will honour the applicable wagering requirement on the credited amount.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any coordinated exploitation — is strictly prohibited. gbk444 may void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is detected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, and are not available to users who have opted for the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion programme.

6 Game Rules and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games and sports betting activity conducted on the gbk444 Platform:

• All casino games use certified random number generators supplied by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified software and are final.
• Sports betting odds are set at gbk444's discretion. gbk444 reserves the right to correct any odds offered in error prior to settlement, and bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
• In the event of a technical error during a game session or sporting event, gbk444 reserves the right to void affected bets. Any Funds wagered in a voided round will be returned to the User's Account balance.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been confirmed. Users should verify all bet details, including stake, selection, and odds, before confirming any wager.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are governed by gbk444's cricket betting rules, which are published within the Sports Betting section of the Platform.
• gbk444's decision on all disputed bets and game outcomes is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Clause 11.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gbk444 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all Funds forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any financial crime in connection with the Platform or any transaction.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games, poker, or any multi-player game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unintended financial benefit.
• Using the Platform to facilitate transactions on behalf of any third party, including acting as an agent or broker for other individuals.
• Any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at gbk444 staff or other platform users.

8 Responsible Gaming

gbk444 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered users at no cost and can be accessed through the Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. During any self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will not be permitted to re-register.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen prompts displaying the duration of your current session and your net wagering position.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gbk444 Platform — including but not limited to the gbk444 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of gbk444 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of gbk444.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbk444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet connectivity failures, or events outside gbk444's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• Errors in odds, game results, or pay-table displays that are attributable to third-party game providers.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the gbk444 Platform or Services, you should follow the procedure below:

• Contact gbk444 customer support at [email protected], providing your Account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue.
• Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 7 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter by emailing the same address with the subject line "Formal Complaint — Escalation". A senior member of the team will review the matter independently.
• gbk444's final decision on all disputes is binding. By using the Platform, you agree that this internal complaints procedure is the exclusive remedy for any dispute arising in connection with the Services.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

gbk444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support, subject to any legal or contractual retention obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gbk444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gbk444 will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date.

14 Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any withdrawable balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with Clause 4, subject to identity verification. gbk444 may terminate your Account without notice if you are found to have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or provided false registration information. In the event of termination for cause, gbk444 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and retain the results of completed transactions.

15 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and gbk444 with respect to your use of the Services, and supersede all prior representations, communications, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
